Usage and application of dewaxing water

Dewaxing water is mainly composed of surfactant ethylenediamine oleate, auxiliary agent C13 isopropanolamide, cosolvent essential oil emulsifier ag1202, etc., so that the product can quickly and thoroughly remove all kinds of wax scales in heating, ultrasonic wave, immersion and other processes, and will not corrode and oxidize stainless steel, carbon steel, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper alloy and other substrates It has long service life and environmental performance. In addition, pay attention to the product viscosity, smell, color, transparency and other appearance performance reasonable deployment, to meet customer psychological needs, improve product added value.

Usage of dewaxing water:

1. Solution preparation: add water to a clean tank, heat about 70-80 ℃, and slowly add the required dewaxing water under stirring. It needs to be fully stirred and then heated to the required working temperature for use.

2. Slotting ratio: 5% slotting for better effect with ultrasonic cleaning.

3. Solution maintenance: the dewaxing efficiency and speed of the solution can be maintained by adding dewaxing water according to experience with the help of chemical calculation. When there is too much dirt, the tank liquid needs to be replaced, and the general replacement cycle is 2-10 days.

4. If the same tank is needed to remove wax from different matrix workpieces, attention should be paid to the order of wax removal: first deal with active metal, then deal with inactive metal. For example: remove wax from zinc alloy, and then do copper and its alloy. It is not recommended to make zinc alloy after a large amount of copper or its alloy, or a layer of replacement copper with poor bonding will be formed on the surface of dewaxing zinc alloy parts.

The dewaxing water has the ability to remove the wax dirt and the ability to clean the oil. It has the advantages of complete wax removal, clean oil removal, no corrosion to the workpiece, no discoloration, no oxidation and rust after cleaning; the dewaxing water is widely used in the polishing process of the hardware industry such as electroplating, watches, crafts, jewelry and so on.
