Performance characteristics and precautions of degreasing powder

Deoiling powder is a kind of low foam degreasing agent, which is refined by a variety of high-quality surfactants, detergents, penetrants and detergent aids. It has good wetting, solubilizing and emulsifying abilities, and has strong degreasing ability. There is no visible oil film or oil spot on the surface of the workpiece after cleaning. This product is mainly used in aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy and other alloy materials cleaning, no damage to the workpiece.

1. Protect the substrate. There is no corrosion and discoloration on the cleaned workpiece surface.

2. It is non-toxic, free of heavy metals and nitrite, and can be completely biodegradable.

3. Strong cleaning power, fast degreasing, can quickly and thoroughly remove the grease on the workpiece.

Matters needing attention

1. If it is accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse it with clear water or normal saline; do not eat it.

2. The temperature should not exceed 70 degrees, the effect is not so good when the temperature is high.

3. The working fluid is alkaline and should not be contacted with naked skin for a long time.
