Nowadays, the cleaning market is more and more widely used for degreasing powder, so how should it be used?

Deoiling powder is a kind of powder detergent product, which is similar to washing powder. It is a kind of environmental friendly and non-toxic industrial cleaning agent. It is mainly used for surface cleaning of various metal and plastic products, and has good degreasing and wax removal effect.

When using, we first take out the degreasing powder and dissolve it in the cleaning tank with a ratio of 5% (i.e. 1kg of oil removal powder and 19kg of water), so the prepared cleaning solution can be cleaned. Heating and raising the concentration of the solution can enhance the cleaning efficiency.

The cleaning solution in the cleaning tank does not need to be changed all the time. After the cleaning effect deteriorates, the deoiling powder can be added timely to maintain the solution concentration and cleaning effect. It can be completely replaced when the water quality deteriorates and affects the normal operation.

The above is the immersion cleaning method. If wiping or spraying is used, the concentration of degreasing powder in the cleaning agent can be adjusted according to the product demand and the severity of oil contamination. Generally speaking, the concentration required for wiping cleaning is higher than that for immersion cleaning.
